Alexandra Wilson, a Rhode Island College alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Professional Communication.

Has worked in the recruiting support industry for 4 years, and during that time seen how much businesses struggle with understaffing. Many leaders want to build strong teams, but they simply don’t have the hours in the day to dedicate to hiring efforts.

That’s where her passion comes in. She started ASN Recruiting to take that weight off business owners’ shoulders—helping them connect with the right candidates while giving them the freedom to focus on what they love most: running their business.
